Ingredients: Porridge Oats, flour, baking powder, sunflower oil, banana, mixed berries, egg, milk, cinammon.


No need to heat thesee up. Keep them in an airtight container. If your kitchen is quite warm, it's best to pop them in the fridge. They will keep for 5 days in the fridge - if you have the will power to make them last that long!
