For best results defrost fully.
However, we recognise that with the best will in the world it is sometimes not possible to remember to do this on top of everything else, so there are instructions for cooking from both chilled and frozen below.
Microwave: Heat for 1-2 minutes (or 3- 4 minutes, stirring halfway, if heating from frozen).
Oven: Place on a baking sheet, into a pre-heated oven at 180C for 15 minutes (or 30 minutes if cooking from frozen).
Please ensure the ingredients are piping hot once cooked, then leave until cool enough for your baby.
